Discus and support Xbox one Message invite/received issue. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I am currently unable to send messages through the Xbox or the app, as well as get the error stating 'we weren't able to get your conversation.     Xbox one Message invite/received issue.


    I am currently unable to send messages through the Xbox or the app, as well as get the error stating 'we weren't able to get your conversation. Please try again later upon receiving a message. I am now up to 15 unread messages and yet I only have 3 conversations.
    Also I doubt this is a ban from spam which I know is a thing because I rarely msg people. I have deleted my past conversations and still no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

    EA Access have removed info from there page.

    I received a beta invite about 20 minutes ago via Xbox Live message.

    Same situation. Received invite, selected join, "You'll get a service message on your Xbox One soon with more info", but never got that message.

    Xbox one Message invite/received issue.

    Please first check your enforcement.xbox.com to see if you have any active suspensions. If you do, and you believe these have been applied in error, contact Microsoft Support.

    If you have no enforcement actions against you, try sending a test message to someone else you've never contacted before. Feel free to message me. If you are able to message someone else, the people you are trying to message may have blocked, reported or
    muted you (perhaps in error). If you can contact them via another platform (e.g. Facebook, WhatsApp or SMS), ask them to check that they haven't blocked or muted you (they'll be able to see this on your profile).

    If you are sure that the problem is not to do with being muted or blocked, check your network connection. You can do this by going to Settings > Network > Test network connection. Make sure all Xbox Live services are reachable. Also check your NAT settings.
    If it says "Strict" you may have issues with your home network preventing the messages from sending.

    If none of these solutions help, let us know.

    Open network settings. Not blocked or banned and couldn't send message to anyone including people I have never messaged. I can still send party invites/game invites and receive them the issue is solely with the messages.

    I have ever received the XBOX preview invitation message in smart glass, but can't found the message in my XBOX ONE message when I opened the XBOX ONE console. By the way,I encounter the same problem to access the XBOX preview forum "Group not found".

    Sorry to hear it. In order for others to receive your invites they would need to be playing on a 360 or on Backwards Compatible games. If you are inviting those on the Xbox One then you would need to send them an Xbox One message inviting them to play
