Xbox One Message Freezing

I was playing gta 5 on Xbox one hours ago before all this happend my game starting acting weird like all of a sudden, when i was creating on gta it just said error lost and something about rock star connection service, i left there and it sent me
to free mode when i was going to free mode and when i was trying to go to dashboard once my game loaded it wouldn't lett me go to dashboard i reconnect my controller, i held down the home button i pressed both of the two little buttons...nothing so i turned
the xbox off and got back on hours later and now when i try to send a message ( type ) to anybody it freezes i cant do anything it just freezes while the little line on the screen continues to blink but still cant go anywhere on it so ill have to turn the
game off why is that?

Hey there,

All I can suggest for this is that you disconnect your console from the mains for a few minutes and then boot it back up.

This should clear your cache files and hopefully help resolve this issue.

im having the same problem...as soon as the search starts my xbox freezes...i installed it on my xbox and still freezes...messaged ea they told me to send it into them with $20 to replace it
