Xbox one menu

Discus and support Xbox one menu in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i cant access the menu by pressing left or double tapping the home button on my Xbox one. i cant sign in, check messages or join parties because of it....     Xbox one menu


    i cant access the menu by pressing left or double tapping the home button on my Xbox one. i cant sign in, check messages or join parties because of it. Does anyone know how to fix this, I've tried resetting my Xbox and it had no effect.

    Seems a bit mental you have to do a restart every week or so because it becomes so sluggish.

    Hopefully it's something they can sort out via a patch because it ain't half annoying!

    Stupid question but the controller power button or on the console. Also does it tell you its rebooting.

    Hey there,

    Have you tried holding down the power button for 15 seconds or until it reboots?

    this is the same with my xbox one when I am not signed in I can access the menu on the left but when I am signed in it wont let me at all can not c massagers wont let me join any parties

    Seams to be a problem with the recent update. Hope fully they can get this sorted out quickly. I thought these things were supposed to be tested on the xbox preview dashboard update program?

    It's annoying isn't it? :)

    There were no swedish language option on the Xbox 360 in the beginning either, this "problem" arose after an update some years ago :(

    I'd like to send an email to someone and ask, but that seems impossible :)
