Xbox one membership problems

I typically have had little to no issues with Xbox or their membership process over the last 9 years or so but as of recently some of my digitally downloaded games (in particular Battlefield 4) won't load and it continuously tells me to check and make sure
my membership is still active. Well I've checked several times, restarted and even force quit bf4 and still no improvement. Here's the catch, I still can play all my other games online, watch Netflix and use social media, all of which require a gold membership.
Any suggestions?

Oddly enough I must have logged into the wrong acct on the forums but the issue still remains. Real gamer tag is EVASIVE diamond

Hey StarkBadge94702! Are you having issues with any other games besides Battlefield 4? Have you had EA Access before? Battlefield is included in the game vault so having a membership would give you access to the game until it expired. Post back and let me

So I have the same problem. Bought an xbox one and came with a 12 yr membership. I have a membership that expires June this year, but never had a problem with stacking memberships before. Says sorry...please try again next time. Guess I just have to contact
support. Sheesh...

Same thing happen on me from last night, the XBOX support said there is a update to affect some peoples, what we can do is just wait....suck!!!

I was with the same problem. Playing BF4 online and the game just came offline telling me i must get gold to play. Then I received an email form MS stating that my account was canceled. I haven't requested it. Something very strange is going on. Instead
of fixing it they're making it worse. I want my gold account back now. I already paid for it. It will expire only next year.

The email text is bellow:
