    Xbox One Media Remote Volume not working on series S


    Hi,

    Switching from XBOX One X to XBOX Series S, I noticed that my official XBOX One Media remote is no longer working properly.

    The volume up and down doesn’t work at all and the TV doesnt turn on and off with the XBOX.

    I have all the settings enabled in the HDMI-CEC menu on the XBOX and the TV is an LG that still works perfectly fine on the XBOX One X.

    I apologize for the inconvenience, from our understanding, our team does still

    support     the Microsoft first party media remotes.

    Recently there have been a few posts regarding the Xbox One Media Remote Volume issue. There is another post regarding the same exact issue with Xbox
