Xbox One Media Remote: Volume Lag

Since I received this product I have been having this one issue with it. The volume controls take a few click to registers with the Xbox One, and only accounts for about %15 of them, very disappointing. I had the problem with my stock volume on the TV, and
now even with the Polk N1 SurroundBar which was made for the Xbox One!

Please acknowledge this problem Microsoft so I know I'm not left out in the cold.

... And it would be great if y'all could hurry up on the support for OneGuide outside of the US (I'm here in Canada, loyally waiting...) so I could use the remote to it's fullest (hopefully without lag...)

Does any one have any problems with the Xbox One Media Remote? All the functions on the remote work except for volume.

support the Microsoft first party media remotes.
