    Xbox One matchmaking not working for Borderlands 2. NO GAMES FOUND!


    I can't find anyone to play with on the matchmaking for Borderlands 2.

    I'm playing it on the Xbox One.

    Deleting the game and reinstalling it does not fix the issue.

    I can only join the game of someone on my friends list or play solo.

    Matchmaking is broken and needs to get fixed.

    My gamertag is if you want to add me to play.

    Borderlands The Handsome Collection not working (error 0x803f8001)

    Hello there,

    I downloaded a few days ago Borderlands: The Handsome Collection for free. I wanted to start Borderlands 2 today but it is not working. Same thing with Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. I tried all the advices found on the internet and on the Xbox website, but
    in vain. I get an error message that's 0x803f8001. Yes, I am connected to Xbox Live and Yes, it is my profile owning the game.

    Any advices, please?

    Hi. Are you trying to play the DLC on the Xbox 360 version of Borderlands 2 on xbox one? Ive seen a few people having this issue and the reason for it is that they never bought the Borderlands: The Handsome Collection. The DLC will only work for that version
    of the game.

    Hey there.

    Borderlands 2 is not currently on the list of Backwards Compatible titles. Until that happens, your Xbox 360 version will not work on your Xbox One. You can voice your support for it being added to the list by going to

    xbox.uservoice.com/.../8379849-borderlands-2     and voting for it.

    In the mean time, if you'd like to play Borderlands 2 on the Xbox One, it's available as part of the Borderlands Handsome Collection - but yes, that would require an additional purchase. store.xbox.com/.../e964ec04-a2c3-492f-99eb-16e7f61b6869
