XboX One manual eject

I'm going to get to the point this console is a piece of ****. It doesn't read my disc half the time as if I have not even put them In.... And now I updated the ridiculous bluray app and my disc drive does not eject...... Don't even mention the paper clip
BS. It doesn't work I have tried every method starting with the paper clip to welding filler to a 1/16th Allen key. The Allen key works best and it goes in 1 1/4 inch but its hitting a wall I can feel the button and it moves ever so slightly but it well not
budge.... Not that I got that typed out..... I'm going on to the XboX user voice to start a petition to recall this travisity of a console. I know Microsoft and every company has its problems. But its like they threw the XboX One together and as the loyal
fans we are we bought them and they threw us under the BUS. I'm going back to PC if my drive ceses to function on that I can repair it... Just try to fix your XboX o e yourself they well console ban you...

My xbox one wont eject the disk and i have even tried the manual eject option can some one help?

Why should I need to send it in, you shouldn't need to in the first place. Too many XboX gamers are accepting failure. This is why Microsoft walks all over us they know we well accept their piece of garbage no matter how bad it stinks.

 

ITS A DISC DRIVE..... We have mastered this technology .... Or is it tech roll back to another era at microsoft.?

 

Your frustration is understandable, however, it is definitely not every console that is having the issue. As a matter of fact, it is a very small percentage and hardware is going to fail no matter how well the technology is mastered.

Unfortunately, you are one of the unlucky ones. As stated previously you should send your console in for repair.

Yes you will see many posts here of people having issues but keep in mind that is what the forums are for. Very few if any will come in here to say my XBOX One is working great and has been for months/years.
