XBOX one manage games and apps difference between Updates and Queue

Hi.

I understand how the queuing process works, but what I want to know is why I have three games that are just sat in the 'updates' section. If I have everything set up for automatic updates then why don't they move from Updates to Queue ? Normally I would expect to see my updates in the queue with the current update downloading and the others waiting. Once the update is complete the next one starts etc.

You also advise clearing cookies. How do you do this on the XBox One? Are you referring to the cache?

When a game is "queued", this means that it was waiting in line to be downloaded, if you are currently downloading one game and select a second a(or third, or fourth ) to download as well, until the first is ready to play, the other game(s) will remain in the "queued" status.
If your game title where it says it's "queued", i advise you to clear the cookies, and then try the download once more.

Try going to my games and apps press see all then go to manage then queue then highlight the game then press the options button then press pause updating then unpause hope this helps!

My Xbox One is experiencing the same problem with the FIFA 15 update. It is just stuck at 100% and continues switching between that and "Queueing". I wish I got a Ps4 or an xbox 360
