Xbox One "manage game and add-ons" crash

Hello everyone,

Yesterday I wanted to play Saints Row 2, an Xbox 360 backward compatible game. For a few days it worked, but yesterday I couldn't connect to the Xbox Live (from the Xbox 360 menu you get when playing an Xbox 360 game on your Xbox One). And because of that,
I couldn't access the cloud storage, which means I couldn't load any of my previous saved games (since there is only a cloud storage for the 360's games, no internal storage). So I've downloaded my profile again, and I could connect to the 360's Xbox Live
again (and I could get to my cloud storage back).

But, both my auto save and my manually saved game disappeared. It is weird because I actually got all other saved games from my other 360's games (I checked in the cloud storage). So I've tried to sync, and it said something like "Downloading saves again",
but nothing changed. So I've searched for a solution on the internet, and it says that I need to delete the data from the game on the Xbox One menu, not the 360's.

So, here is the major problem : If I do check for the data on the Xbox One's menu, called "Manage game and add-ons", the console will completely crash and turn off so quickly that you don't even have the time to delete the data or do anything else on this
menu. I tried again and again and it still crashes and turns off the console (even when "managing" another game, it does the same, it is not related to Saints Row 2 only). And the console got actually slower (when I turn it back on, it takes more time to load
in the startup's green Xbox One's logo screen, and when it starts, after entering my pass code, it takes forever to load. Even after that, the dashboard takes a while to load (some of the apps takes 10-15 more seconds to appear).

What I want is to fix this crashing problem, and get my Saints Row 2 saved game back. I got the original Xbox One, and the latest update.

English isn't my native language, I did the best I could to avoid writing any mistakes or anything confusing.

Xbox 360 DLCs that are stored on a disc not working for Xbox One Backward Compatibility

I think you go to manage your games and then see your dlc you have to reinstall again by selecting the add ons on your Xbox One

Hi, the game & all it's dlc is backward compatible. I know, as I have played it on the Xbox One, make sure your dlc is installed on the xbox one by moving to the game, press menu button on controller, and select manage game & add-ons, then select the ready
to install, and from there you can install any add ons that are not installed. Once you have done that, start the game, and the dlc should be listed in the add-ons section for you to play.
