Xbox one malfunctioning

I've had xbox one for about 6 months now and its run flawlessly until today. I turned on my xbox to play watchdogs and it didn't have sound and it also gave me the "watch dogs took too long to start up". I restarted about 4-5 times and the game finally
ran but it still didn't have sound. So i read into it and checked to make sure my xbox was on HDMI in the TV connection drop down and when i go to click the HDMI audio drop down from off to stereo uncompressed, it'll give me the circle that'll never finish
processing.

Ill restart it once more and it gave me a "The kinect is not connected" even though it is and it recognizes me every other start up.

There are also a few start ups where my cursor will not move but the kinect will recognize me.

Anyone have any of these problems? I'm thinking of contacting Microsoft for a repair unless I missed a how-to fix thread

Controller issues

Well what kind of controller is this is it the original Xbox one controller or 3.5mm controller? If it is the original Xbox one controller it might be the controller malfunctioning with your Xbox because they are outdated.

I purchased an Xbox one in January. One of the 2 controllers I received is malfunctioning. I was wondering how I cold get it replaced.

It would still be under warranty.

Hi, I have this problem long time ago with BF4. I noticed that I had to change the system settings to "Power Savings" rather than "Instant On".

That way, when you switch off and restart the XB1, it's a real reboot of the system, not a wake-up from standby mode.

 

I changed it to power saving mode and it seems like its working fine again! Thanks iBest.
