Xbox one makes weird chirping sound\glitches

hello my name is Maverick I'm new to Xbox one had my Xbox one since February of 2028 glitches and some games Mafia 3 has been glitching very very badly it makes a weird chirping / squeak sound out of the system the home button when you push the button
on the controller won't show anything but the icons won't let me go up down left right nothing I have updated the system I have held the power button down for 10 seconds still that did not fix it would like to know what to do thank you

Both mafia 3 digital and wwe2k19 disc but I was told that the harddrive is going out

I'm having this issue as well. It's very loud and it's like a grass hopper. It's much louder than the systems fan.

I will speak to someone tomorrow about it. A refurbished console is out of the question. It's get a working new replacement or get a refund.
