my xboxone was power it's self down on it's own It went on for about 3 weeks i was doing all trobleshooting xbox support suggested with no luck so the other day got a eletric air bed pump out and blow it all around the xbox one to clear any dust that might
of got trapped in behind the power switch after doing this I have had no issues I hope this help someone..

Xbox one won't stay on

When I turn on my Xbox one it begins to start up then it makes the noise as if I pressed the power button and opened the disc tray and shuts itself down. Any help is greatly appreciated. thank you.

Console Won't Start

I have the Star Wars edition Xbox. The start button and eject button make different R2D2 type noises when pushed. When I push the start button or the eject button the unit makes the corresponding noise and the blue light in the center of the start button
comes on for a second then the unit shuts down. Is there some sort of a reset for this issue or does it have to go in for service? I haven't had any power surges or the like that would have damaged it.

Hi,

its not working when I hold the BIND that's on the right for me and then the EJECT button that's on the left it make a duhhh noise is the best way to describe it then I click to Xbox power button and it starts up like normal and also makes the startup noise
then the xbox light is lit for 3 or 4 secs and makes a shut down noise and then the light goes off. To be honest to me its like the xbox turn on as normal but doesn't know what to think or boot and it protocol is just to shut down it seems to not know the
command for the factory reset menu.... if I just click EJECT it will act normal like its ejecting a disk and the xbox light is lit and then goes off

Also someone said on a forum that if the Xbox HDMI is not plugged in it will just shut down is this true.

And no matter what if I click the power button it will always power up and do the same thing am just trying to rule out it its a power supply issue.

I've done all of the above. and now after all of that it just shuts itself off. And when I just push the power button it doesn't even make a noise. neither does the eject button.

Its not xbox serie shut down sometimes.

It's the contrary, sometimes when i try to launch it with the controller, the xbox does not power on. Then i push the button in front of the xbox but nothing is shown on TV and controller not respond.

I have to push button again to shut down and power up again.

I thought fix it with a clear cache, but it happened again today.

I'm sorry to hear about this issue pertaining to a loud buzzing noise coming from the Xbox during installation. I'd be happy to try and help. Do you have an external HD or do you save everything to the internal HD?

I would also suggest to try some of the basic troubleshooting on the Xbox One. First perform a complete

power cycle on your Xbox.

Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 5 minutes.
Plug the console power cable back in.
Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

Let us know if the console still makes buzzing noises after the power cycle.
