Xbox one major problem i have

(Sorry if this is posted in the wrong section)

Anytime i turn my xbox one on it gets stuck on the green loading screen for ages and sometimes loads into the dashboard. This is regardless of a soft/hard reboot.

When i eventually get on i can't access settings, add new gamertag and when i try to enter my gamertag the on screen keyboard does not appear and i can't type anything at all. I did manage to get into settings once and restore factory defaults but this fixed
nothing. When i try to start a game up it gives me an error saying the game took to long to load i have BF4, Ghosts & ryse. It will let me install these games and i did manage to get onto ghosts a few times but its almost like the xbox is maxed out in RAM
or CPU like a computer would be and run really slow like at 1 FPS. I can get onto the internet and all updates have went through so I still don't know whats wrong.

I have tried a number of troubleshooting measures Microsoft has listed I asked GAME store if they had any idea and they told me to turn the XBOX upside down and hit it a few times, like really??

I am wondering if anyone has had similar problems with theirs and if they were able to get it fixed.. Any help would be much appreciated

Xbox X stuttering/Lag

Any one else having issues with their Xbox x on some multiplayer games? I have major stuttering/lag issues on WW11 and ESO. I have no issues with my internet and these games run fine when i switch to my Xbox one. Xbox X default? Or a problem with the HDR
on these games?

Are you getting any error codes?

Try looking them up here:

Yeah its 0x8027025a which occurs when something like an app takes to long to load.. That is the only error ive got.

 

Ive had that error code but usually the game just loads straight away after that.

Have you tried power cycling the xbox?

1. While the console is on, press and hold the console’s Xbox button for 5 seconds.
   
2. The console will power down.
3. Wait 30 seconds, and then turn your console back on by again pressing the
   Xbox button.

Failing the best bet is go to the shop you got it from and see if they will replace it for you.

 

So they suggest turning it upside down and hitting it wow really good advice.

 

Yeah i have tried everything. I don't think that this is the real problem with my Xbox as that error code is just a standard error code everyone gets when a game takes too long to load and doesn't really explain to much detail so ill just have to take it
back.

Not even joking but yeah that's what they told me to do, turn it upside down and hit it really hard on the corners of where the disc drive is located. Also told me that's what they do when someone brings their xbox one in that wont play disc's etc.. And
funny thing is, i didn't get an on-screen error untill i done it. It was the error that comes up with a bunch of different languages with either an E303 error or E202 error. Can't remember.

 

Try thr hard reset 3/4 times see what happens

 

yeah i tried that alot of times and didnt fix anything. Sending it back to microsoft in next few days just for a repair because nothing has worked
