Sharing your Xbox account is agains the ToS.

Basically, on your home xbox if you have live gold others that use that same xbox using there logins can use it too without logging you in. With game pass you can share but I have found some xboxes depending on the model function different with game pass
sharing. For example on my original xbox everyone can use game pass as long as the game is already downloaded and they can play as themselves. However they can not down load games unless I am logged in and it is done under my profile. On the 1s xbox it doesn't
work that way. You can do it under your own profile without logging in the main user.

If you have another xbox that you are not using as the home xbox gamepass and live gold still work you just have to log in the profile that owns the subscriptions first then change to your own profile leaving the owner of the subscriptions logged in. If
they try to log in on another xbox it will kick them off the one you logged them into and your game on gamepass pretty much stops xbox live gold on the non home xbox as well

Sharing your email with anyone has never been allowed. It's a violation of the code of conduct and can result in a ban. I think you're referring to using the Home setting though which started with allowing you to change your Home 3 times a year, but it
is currently possible to change your Home setting 5 times per year.
