Xbox one mad max game

Hey am trying to play the game mad max and the game loads in fine but when I try to go to press and play it it give me a black screen and on it said verifying save files and its like it's stuck there for over ten min and counting what's wrong with this
can u please help me out with this problem huh

Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the game? Is this physical copy of the game and the disc is in good condition? It sounds like it's trying to sync your saved files from the cloud and failing. Recently finished this game and had no issues
with sync.

 

I had this same problem, read on another forum to go to setting>network and go offline. Then unplug your router for a couple minutes then plug it in and after it restarts go to settings and go online. This actually worked but then a day or two later it happened
again and the same troubleshoot did not work. Starting to get a little piturbed. If someone knows a solid fix please post.

Forgot to mention in my last post that after going to your settings and going offline, turn off your Xbox and unplug it. Then reboot your router. Then plug it all in and go online in your Xbox settings. The issue did come again, but after doing this a second
time I have not had the problem in a few weeks
