Xbox One Lunar White Controller

Greetings,

A while ago, I purchased the Lunar White Controller for about $80. Recently, I have been experiencing connectivity issues, which is constantly causing me to lose games, and get very frustrated. Besides the issues with connection, the left-stick will only
work if there is force exerted on to it. I was wondering if there was any way to fix, or to get a replacement because I'm not looking forward to spend another $80 on a controller.

Controller Drifting

The controller drift issue does typically require the controller to be replaced and unless still under warranty it is the responsibility of the user. You can do a quick Google search for white controller and you will get a number of links. Here is one

When did you purchase your controller? Depending on the purchase date and your region, you me be able to set up a repair or replacement
over here.

I just had a similar experience. In my case it was just a Lunar White Xbox One controller and not an Elite. The difference is that mine IS under warranty still and they said w/o a receipt from GameStop, they won't help me. Downright refused any assistance
even though the Lunar White controllers have not even been in retail for 90 days! Just ridiculous.

Lunar White controller has been available for sale for a little under a year. the receipt is necessary to provide proof of purchase as controllers are only covered by a 90 day warranty. Alternatively, I would suggest you register the controller at

devicesupport doing so will give you more warranty info. The serial number is located on the box or under the batteries. Thanks!
