    Xbox One Loud Set


    Welcome! I bought my Xbox One month ago. From the beginning, there was the problem sounds like the old printer for 10 meters. After the October update, however, it came to an end in the console further heard a strange
    sound. Increases after about 20 minutes of play. The power supply to make a weird noise. The controller seems to squeal and when vibrations feel like he had to blow up. All this is very annoying. This console is like a prototype. What should I do in this situation?
    Pack everything in the original box and send MyService Xbox? Thanks for the reply!

    quick headset ?

    i have the microsoft xbox one stereo headset and ive noticed that when really loud noises happen during a game my chat icon appears on screen.

    so im guessing my mic is picking up the sound, does that mean my headset is to loud? or is there a setting to lower like the chat mixer or mic monitoring?

    Broken Disk Drive

    Received my xbox one today, set it up and when I inserted a disk, a loud grinding sound could be heard! So angry! It doesn't read any disks!! Extremely disappointed with xbox!!!

    Hi Pytek. If you feel the noises your Xbox One is making is causing harm to the console in any way then yes I would recommend you get it looked at.

    You have two options. 1) Contact the retailer you brought your Xbox One from, explain your situation and ask if an exchange is an option. Or 2) Send in your Xbox One to Microsoft. To start the repair process through Microsoft please click the link below.

    If your plan is to send it into Microsoft for repair then yes, one box is all you need. Instructions on packaging and mailing will be explained to you whilst going through the process of setting up your repair request.

    Good Service! Long waiting time. The console has more scratches. Next it seems strange sound. The controller will not connect to the console. The power supply is now booming at a great distance. I thought it was good but the service is at the same level
    as the sony.

    A thing I noticed: When setting up Kinect, test loudly... very loud (if too loud the Xbox will give you an on-screen message) with no background noise at all.
