Xbox one lost signal and can't get it back

Hello,

Randomly one day I was in the middle of watching Netflix and my Xbox one lost signal.

I have tried everything..

Trying different hdmi ports, trying different monitors, factory reset, offline diagnostic tool.

The console powers up with no problem, but there isn't even a black screen..it just shows no signal.

I am trying to avoid paying microsoft $130 dollars to fix a problem that I had nothing to do with, so let me know if anyone else has this problem and knows a way to fix it that I HAVEN'T tried.

Xbox One X losing hdmi signal

Hello i was wondering if the xbox one x losing hdmi signal is a common problem and how i can fix it. I'm using hdmi cable that came with xbox one x and it will intermittently just lose signal instantly. If i reset xbox or pull cable out and put back in
signal will come back. Very annoying and my fear is it will get worse.

there is an issue with your internet provider u might of lost the signal to it

 

Try unplugging the powerbrick from the system and leave it off for about one minute. Plug it back in, power on and see what happens. Also try jiggling the HDMI connection in the back of the console. That has worked for me when the console gets moved around
while cleaning.

 

Hold down power and eject until the Xbox starts up in low resolution mode?

 

Oh my god. I have tried that low resolution mode 10 times and gave up on my xbox over a week ago. But i just tried it again and it worked!! Don't know what the problem was, but saved me $130 and a lot of hassle. Thanks!
