    I made a post on twitter about this, still no reply, but basically, a few weeks ago i sent in my xbox one because it had a few issues. I bought it brand new, and had a warranty on it. That warranty SHOULD cover it if it breaks. When sending it in, it got
    lost in transit, and i will be sent a refurbished xbox one. See the problem? I have a warranty on it, i bought it new, and they were the ones who lost it. Why in the world should i be sent a refurbished one and not a brand new one? The warranty should cover
    the console in that case, so I dont understand why i would be sent a used xbox and not a new one. I will be extremely unhappy if i get a refurbished one and not a new one. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

    Thanks all for replies just an update i just got an email monday that my xbox was lost in transit lol took two months to know it was lost anyway the point is they sending me one xbox one lost in transit :) but its not brand new one but still i just wanna play!

    XBOX ONE IN TRANSIT!!!

    I'm still waiting for mine to be picked up by UPS (I ordered from Microsoft Store in July, and it's coming from Carlisle PA), but I got an email from Microsoft just now; it says "Start stretching those gaming hands", "Were prepping your Xbox One for shipping

    Are you sure you signed into the same account that made the purchases this would be the only reason that they would not be showing up. and would be the reason that its not showing up on your console.
