Xbox One losing signal image

Hello everyone I will be brief, well I'm playing normally on Xbox and suddenly I lose the image but the console is still on and the game running there. Lately I've been forced to remove the HDMI cable
and restart the console blindly with this again I get the picture, but I lose the sound. What could it be?

Have you tried a different HDMI cable or a new one?

When you look in settings/display & sounds/video output/setup/4k TV details does it show your correct model of TV? What you are describing is the TV having issues with mode switching so it sounds like the incorrect model (or an unidentified model) of TV
may be the issue.

I Know where is problem after when i go game--->homescreen and homescreen--->game my settings in tv ale changes, after I go to game on my screen jumped big message hdr, and colour are changed but i don't now how set to all settings be for all xbox one screen.
