Xbox One loses connection to WiFi repeatedly

Over the past week I've encountered a rather erratic, but increasingly common, issue with my Xbox One. The problems first started with the occasional, but sadly normal, disconnect from Destiny, but the situation has gotten much worse. Now it seems that I
can be disconnected from Xbox Live doing absolutely nothing including sitting idle on the home screen. The kicker is that all my other devices wirelessly connected to the same router do not lose connection. For example, I was using party chat to talk to a
friend while we were playing a game on our 3DSes. I was removed from the party and Xbox Live, but our match didn't get interrupted on the 3DS.

Last night I decided to further test this by watching a Twitch livestream on my phone while my X1 idled on the home screen. I lost connection to Xbox Live multiple times, but the stream never wavered in quality or informed me that my wifi was down. Today
I tested and tinkered with anything else I could think of with what I had available including trying and failing to connect to a different network, double checking my ports were forwarded, making my security WPA 2 personal, changing my WiFi's broadcast channel
to circumvent any interference, and power cycling my Xbox One, modem and router multiple times. After all of this failed, I noticed a trend: usually the system would be stable after the system had been off for hours, but the connection errors would become
more and more frequent as my Xbox was on for longer and "warmed up" (that is to say, it's well ventilated so I would be surprised if it was overheating from standard use). I'm sure it's also worth noting that since getting my Xbox One last winter, I've encountered
the error multiple (2+) times where my X1 has had to reset its wireless as it was unable to pick up any WiFi signal. Lastly to give an idea of how egregious these errors have gotten, I counted 7 disconnects in less than 10 minutes while attempting matchmaking
in Magic Duels.

I know one of the first work arounds will be to see if I can stay connected while being wired, but my setup doesnt afford me the luxury of trying that since I don't have a long enough Ethernet cable to reach my X1 where it sits, and I also don't have a portable
monitor with an HDMI input to bring my Xbox closer to the router. I'm sorry for this mammoth post, but I wanted to cover all of my bases, and have this as a testament for other users who may experience the same issue.

Any Error Codes you encounter: None since the outage lasts only for a few seconds at a time.

Loses WIFI connection and settings

My Xbox One X repeatedly loses connection to WIFI (after it's been off for a while) and when I try to reconnect it doesn't see any WIFI SSIDs to let me connect again. Tried restarting and unplugging from power several times and eventually the WIFI connection
is available. The XBox is still under warranty - if this is a hardware issue then how do I get it repaired?

 

Xbox One WiFi problem

I keep my Xbox One hooked to the Internet wirelessly but lately, the One keeps "losing" the WiFi info. Does anyone know why this is? I know it's not the WiFi because my laptop and desktop never lose their Internet connection.

 

Alright. After I made my post, I got desperate and tried a complete reset of my router, and maintained my connection to Live for hours with no hiccups. It seems I should have just kept trying to keep my solutions simple.
