Xbox one lords of the fallen 0x87de2726

This game will not launch. I have the digital copy. Other games I have installed of digital copies launch just fine.....just not this one. Have tried a hard reset....any other suggestions?

Lol,go through the door next to the tutorial dude you fight & follow the corridors round.It's a red crystal type thing on the floor.

Easy to find if you look around.

I actually wound up loving this game. Great atmosphere and it's challenging the first couple of runthroughs.

Same problem here. I Uninstalled it and tried to reinstall when I went to the store and it didn't even give me the option to install it at all. Just a pin to home option.

I'm also having this problem. Game worked just fine last night but now this error is popping every time I try to play. Have the digital version, seems to be the only game I have affected right now.

Chatting with a rep now. Ended up refunding the game and I was going to repurchase. No option showed up on the console to purchase again. Rep asked me to try from the website. Tried that and the page for the game isn't coming up....rep is consulting
with support team. Will update as soon as more info is given.

The rep was unable to get any info at this time as to what was happening with the xbox store and lords of the fallen and a support ticket was started to try and resolve this issue.

Same thing happened to me, uninstalled (as I figured maybe it was my external drive) couldn't reinstall.

Phoned xbox support, they couldn't find it on their side (in the store). So they refunded my money and told me it was on sale at gamestop/ebgames. Pretty decent support, they fixed the problem about as well I could have expected. Just bought the physical
limited edition this morning instead; as I had bought it on the xmas sale and hadn't played until the day before yesterday.
