    XBox One Logs Our When In Instant On Mode


    Good morning,

    When I turn on my system with the settings in "Instant On", I am logged out immediately and must login again. If I go to energy saver mode that requires a long boot up each time I turn the system on, I am logged in and all is well.

    I am connected through WIFI, and I set the router to a static IP address for the XBox One, but it doesn't seem to make any difference. By the way, my WIFI speed is usually between 45 and 50 Mbps.

    Others with this issue? Solutions? Is it an XBox problem, My unit is still under warranty.

    Hi is having my xbox one in instant on mode bad does it wear out the console or the psu like when its on instant on mode the fan in the psu is always spinning is this bad thank you .

    XBOX ONE POWER BRICK NOT TURNING OFF (SET TO POWER SAVING MODE)

    My xbox one is set to POWER SAVING MODE, not instant on mode. I repeat...it is set to power saving mode, not instant on. When I try to turn my xbox off normally, the power brick will not turn off. If I turn the xbox on again, it starts up immediately like
    its in instant on mode. The brick stays on. I left it alone when I went to bed to see if it would be off by morning, and it was not. For some reason its thinking its in instant on mode or something. Does anyone know why it is doing that? It only started recently.

    Xbox one won't register my internet password

    If you have your Xbox One on instant on mode turn it to energy saving mode instead. Instant on causes alot of problems with networks.

    Is there a Sleep/Rest Mode?

    Yes there is the "Instant-On" mode which gives quicker startup time and will let the console download system updates and apply them when they become available..

    When you have set the consoles Power mode to "Instant" on you just turn it off like before and it will enter Instant off mode instead of turning completely off

    Xbox Insider program    ? Is the power mode of the console set to

    Presumably you've verified that the Xbox One is in Instant On mode and that the power brick isn't showing orange when the console is off?
