Xbox one logo flashing on and off?

I walked by my Xbox one and accidentally turned it on. So I just turned it right back off. About 5min later I was laying in bed and the Xbox logo lit up white and would pulse every 5sec or so. It stopped after a few minutes. Any clue why?

Help with update

Last night i turned my XB1 on to be welcomed by the "System Update".

I pressed the button to proceed.

The update loaded quickly until about 74% then it took ages to fully download.

Now the issue im having is that after the download, The XB! goes in to stand by mode wioth the flashing white xbox logo on the console.

It wont stop flashing and i cant do anything. It was flashing ALL last night so this morning i had to rset by holding the xbox logo button for 10 seconds and try agin, But it happens again and again.

It gets passed the download part and the just stays on flashing the xbox logo.

PLEASE HELP

 

Xbox One Update

I am initiating the Xbox One Update; the updates download, screen turns off, xbox one logo on xbox one keeps flashing then until just turns off. Has repeated this 6 times already; will not install update.
