    So I got fifa 19 for Xmas and this is the first time iv qualified for weekend league and iv had to play a ton of games to qualify belive me, iv got in from work to find I can't log in to the system as its down! On xboxs side so how th heck am I supposed
    to gain the wins now I'm more than upset about this as its taken me a month to qualify and now I just feel maybe I should of gone for ps4! Please don't make me leave! What are Microsoft going to do about it? Free fifa points maybe?

    Well, you can only login to one Xbox One. If you try to login to another Xbox One while your current account is logged in to the first Xbox One, then it's impossible.

    Firstly do you know the login details for your account on Xbox one? As the account login details should be the same.

    Sorry for any issues you are having due to the Service alert.
    Looks like the service alert has been resolved.Please
    power cycle your console and see if it is back to normal when
    it comes up.

    Have tried this personally and I am able to sign in and play now.

    Ha! Xbone peeps.. You're doing a great job! Ill be playing soon I know it... Btw... I would suggest not returning this guys service.. Let him go to ps4 .. Every "computer," "network" has issues.... And they will still be there trying to get free
    crap when those issues arise... I'm just glad my console isnt broken like I thought it was.. :) . Byers

    Sorry for any issues you are having due to the Service alert. There is currently a service alert for core services, which is affecting signing in.
    What you can do is get notified once the alert is over. Visit our
    Xbox live status site
    and click on "Notify me" to receive a text message once this all blows over. Thanks for your patience and understanding in this matter.

    The server status site is also having issues due to the service alert so please be patient n all this until it is resolved.
