Xbox one Logging in/Connection query

I'm presently an Xbox 1 owner in the UK and am having severe difficulty difficulty both in staying logged in and connecting to the router. This issue has been plaguing me for the better part of an hour. So far, i have performed the following...

Performed console reset

Performed hard reset

Performed Router reset

Attempted wired ethernet connection

This has helped in nothing. I am still denied access to my router, while my other devices are working optimally. And each time i attempt to log-in to play on an offline session i am "Bounced" to an logged out status.

Is there, at this present time, network issues within Scotland that could be responsible for this sort of issue, or do you have any suggestion for resolving this issue.

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account

It says Query Failed, your connection to the xbox games store cannot be found.

As for the PS query, I would recommend getting in touch with PSN support about it, or post it in PS forums!
