Xbox one locked up

    Xbox one locked up


    I was playing AC Unity when it wanted me to sign up to Uplay, but it would not download and it just locked up everything. Nothing will move on the home screen and putting any disc in the console and nothing at all happens,can't move anything at all, its
    just locked up, just the console/controller off switch comes on when you press the home button???

    Any help please!.. Thank you.

    Please hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down. That should solve the issue for you.

    I was downloading Unity and the xbox said installing, @ 1% it locked and I cannot get started again. Any suggestion

    This happened to me too. I powered down my xbox as suggested above, and it didn't work.

    MonCheri this post is old, it's always better to start a new thread and state your issue fully, with all things you have tried. I'm not entirely sure which issue has happened to you as there have been two stated.

    This happened to me too. I powered down my xbox as suggested above, and it didn't work.

    Hey there snizzlefit!

    You mentioned the issue persists with multiple internet connections. Have you by chance tried disconnecting completely and playing while offline? Also, do you have a different profile on your Xbox one you can test the games with?
