Xbox One loads up to black screen

So my Xbox One was working fine last night and now that I want to start it up today and play the destiny Beta again I doesn't work. When I turn it on it loads the beginning screen that says Xbox One on it and then the little white loading circles appear
below that and it will stay there for a few seconds and then the screen goes black and it stays black. I've tired hard resets, different cords, rebooting it in low resolution (that didn't work either, just loaded to black screen) I've turned it off and unplugged
it. I've done all of this multiple times. So can someone please for the love of god help me fix this brick of *** Microsoft convinced me to buy? Thanks.

i am having the same problem on the xbox one with cod ghost also uninstalled it a few times and still only loads up to the mask and then black screen ,twice it said xbox one almost done sncing up but just stays on the black screen !!!

 

Nothing loads on my xbox one

nothing will load on my Xbox one. Shoes title screen then black. Then back to home. YouTube will show load screen then black with load icon. Nothing works. Help please. What do I do.

 

That is an issue that many gamers had since the last update, hard reset was suggested but it still wouldn't work. Some console owners have solved this by changing their console region, seems that that the black screen is caused by unwanted publicity spots

 

How do I change my console region? Especially if I can't see my screen?

 

Having the same issue except nothing comes on screen when I turn it on...All the audio works but no picture and I've tried multiple TV's along with the hard restart. This is really annoying and unacceptable for a brand new system i paid $500+ for and now
I cant even play a dang game. I bet they wont hesitate to pull out my monthly fee for xbox live though. This needs to be resolved NOW!

 

This is a potentially dumb question, but when this issue first occurred, many got around it by pressing the home button on the controller, which made the black screen go back to the dashboard. Have you tried pressing the Xbox Logo button on the controller?
It does seem like an app or some part of the startup routine is hanging, and if it works like some others have reported, pressing home will back out of whatever has "hung."

I fixed mine with xbox user help they sent me a link to a download that I save and put on a flash drive and hooked it to my Xbox one and it did a update that fixed it

 

Hmm... interesting that KILL fixed it with the link. I didn't think of the offline update tool since the OP appeared to have the problem crop up without any update happening.

FYI, if you have had your system long enough that it has received ANY updates, you'll want to use OSUDT 2, as the first version is only for new consoles with the original system version (6.2.9781.0(xb_rel_flash1307.130829-1800)).
