    I played Mass Effect Andromeda over the weekend until Sunday when the console gave me a loading error saying the game was taking too long to load from the home page. I've talked with technical support TWICE and neither times has been successful: the first
    time I got to play but the game glitched and I had to do a hard shut down, which brought me back to the loading error message. The second time didn't work and has now caused all my games to give me the same error message.

    Any help would be appreciated

    Sytem Error Code: E3050000000180073CFE

    Got a new xbox one Christmas Day. Logo Screen comes on, loading bubbles appear to be loading then system error code comes up. Says to contact support. System error code # E3050000000180073CFE.

    Sorry to hear it. Can you please try power cycling the console by holding the power button for 10 seconds until the system shuts down then unplug and let it sit for 5 minutes.

    If that doesn't work you may need to delete the game and reinstall it

    Sorry to hear the game won't load on your Xbox One X. Are you receiving a specific error message and error code when you launch the game? Is the game disc or digital? Are other games loading fine on your Xbox One X?
