    Xbox one live unable to access online services


    for the last two hours I've been trying to connect Xbox Live but I keep getting unable to access online services I got a good connection everything else what's the problem here I need help has anybody else had this how do you fix it would help me out here

    There was a 10gb update the other day. You may need to update first. You may also want to try clearing the MAC address on the console as well. To do that just go to your network settings, click advanced network settings, alternate MAC address, select
    clear, then reset. Your console will restart at that point.
