Xbox One Live TV RED, GREEN and BLUE BLUR.

Tried a different cable too. Even swapped them round. They obviously didn't fix the 50hz issue 100%.

 

Simple fix. Plug your TiVo straight into your TV and stop wasting electricity!

 

Tried it. Doesn't work. Like I said. i have tried everything. I have spoken to an Xbox technician now and they are still ironing things out to do with the TV. Some boxes still need the right coding.

 

I have the same issue, but only on red and only noticed it when watching the football. I assumed it was because I had the Brazil Now app snapped to the side of the screen while also watching football (mabye with the app running it doesnt handle 50hz properly?)

Anyway yes, other people do have the problem, nothing major though.

 

dixiep33 Can you upload an image pointing at what to look for and I will help you test it when I am at home. You say it's probabaly others not noticing so I take it, it's a slight issue but one of those thats annoying as hell once noticed

 

Thanks man! I'm happy it's not just me! Yeah it'll just not be coded properly yet. It's nothing to do with the app. It's just the RGB not right yet. I know it's nothing major, but it is annoying. Thanks for the reassurance.

 

It doesn't pick it up when you take a video or picture. I tried sending a video to Xbox support. But yeah. It's probably one of those things that once you notice it, it annoys you.

 

Is this on all shows or just football? the reason I'm asking is that ive only seen it during the football thats on at the moment.

This kind of makes me think perhaps its the broadcast from Brazil thats the problem and not our equipment.

I suppose the only way to check if it is would be to plug your set top box directly into your TV, if the problem stays then its the broadcast thats "iffy" and nothing with our Xbox One's

 

It only happens when it's passed through the Xbox. Only started after the April update. It's nothing to do with my equipment. It's the Xbox software. I'm certain of it. Happened long before the Brazil Now app. You might not have noticed it until now.

 

I watched a couple of matches with teams wearing those colours and can't see an issue. I am using TalkTalk youview box to pass-through

 

It'll affect some people. Not all. Like I said, I spoke to an Xbox Tech and he said they are still working on coding for some set top boxes. It'll eventually get sorted. Well, hopefully. It's nothing to do with my console or equipment. I have a very good
TV and I have tried it on others. As someone else as seen the problem, I'm obviously not the only one. Some people just might not notice it or might not watch the programmes that makes it noticeable.

 

The weird thing is that I watched a few footie matches in the last couple of nights and the problem seems to have gone......................weird.
