Xbox One Live TV RED, GREEN and BLUE BLUR.

Has anyone else noticed that the second 50hz update didn't work properly? When someone is wearing red, green or blue it kind of flickers and blurs when they move. It's nothing to do with my TV as it's pretty much brand new and I have tried all the settings.
Nothing works. It's very irritating and I have spoken to everyone possible on Xbox Support and they haven't a clue!

Please let me know if you or anyone else has this problem.

Which cable is it, the HDMI (one square plug) or the Composite (Red/Green/Blue plugs)? I have had trouble with the composite when one of the Red/Green/Blue isn't properly connected to the TV. In this case colours changed but it was fixed by properly attaching
the plugs to the TV. Also have you tried using different HDMI/Composite cables?

 

Not noticed that on my system. Do you mean when playing games, watching movies or TV?

What do you have plugged into The One (Sky, TV or whatever)

 

Not something that's ever been an issue, pre or post update.

This suggests there's something wrong with your TV?

 

@Fitshisface... As the title says Live TV it's when I'm watching TV with the HDMI pass through. I have the TiVo box through my Xbox One. It's definitely not just me. People probably just don't notice it.

@Azrael008uk... It is a pre-update issue. The 50hz problem was a big issue before the update in March. After the March update an option got put on the console to make it 50hz. In mid April another update was released which put two options for 50hz on the
console. You need those both selected. After the March update the 'TV Judder/Jitter' stopped completely for me and it was perfect. In April, the problem resurfaced. Although not as bad as it was originally, it only happens with Red, Greens and Blues. Which
suggests there is a problem on Xbox's part with the RGB settings of the console itself. I have tried every setting to try and fix this. As for my TV... It's new! I got it in February. If it was my TV, it would be exactly the same when the TiVo is connected
directly, but it isn't. It is perfect when there isn't a pass-through. I have also tried it on two other TVs and the problem is still there. Thus renders your theory of my TV being possibly broken. It is a problem at there end and nobody seems to have the
faintest idea what to do about it.

 

Tried it on two Virgin boxes and had a technician out.

I bet I'm not the only person affected by it. I bet it's just no one else noticing it.

Have you tried it on a different tv then you can rule out the tv being faulty?

 

I have tried it on 3 TV's. The one I use it on is the newest. I got it in February. It does the same on on TV's. I have also tried it on 2 Virgin set top boxes. One of them is Tivo and the other is standard Virgin cable. Does the same on both. Nothing to
do with my equipment or set up. It can't be the Xbox One console either as the one I have is a replacement and the other one I had did the same. It must be a problem there end and I must have super sensitive eyes.

 

So it's not the TV, it's not the Digi Box and it's not the Xbox one? So what are you blaming? What do you mean "there end"?

Tried a different HDMI cable maybe?
