    Xbox One Live Sign In Problem Workaround


    Xbox currently has a problem with people that are unable to sign in to Xbox Live. My boyfriend and I found an easy workaround. Switch your power mode from Instant-on to Energy-saving. Then restart your Xbox one, and once again you will be able to sign in.

    Startup of your xbox one is slower now and updates will only install when the devices is turned on, but at least you can sign in and play games again!

    FIFA 14 Gamer Profile does not have correct permissions

    I have found a workaround to the problem, which works for me:

    - create a new account on XBox One

    - Sign in using your main account (the one with XBox Live Gold)

    - Add new account as an adult family member, which will give the new account XBox Live Gold access

    - Sign in with the new account and start FIFA14. All game modes are available to the new account.

    I think that this proves that the problem lies with some bug with the EA account associated with the problem gamertag.

    Netflix and Amazon Prime, one account 2 xbox. Help

    Hi all

    I have two xbox one and want to be able to watch Netflix or amazon prim on one xbox and play games on the other at the same time, the problem is I can not run the apps without a xbox live account and I can not sign in as I am already signed in on the one I play games.

    why can I not sign into the apps without a xbox live account as this is annoying and I just can not get this to work

    any help thanks

    Jason F: Work Around:

    1. Please sign out of your Xbox Live! Profile while on the Xbox dashboard.

    2. Launch MW3, when first prompted to sign in select No.

    3. Navigate to Multiplayer > Xbox Live!

    4. You will be prompted to sign into Xbox Live! at this screen, sign in.

    5. You will now be able to access multiplayer

    If your country isn't listed here, then I am afraid there is no workaround for this.
