Xbox one Live Rewards lost

Hello All,

I would like to ask for some help please. I had an xbox one with a few months worth of Reward Games on it, my xbox one broke so I got a new one,I transfered my Gamer Tag to the new xbox one console but the Games are asking me to Purchase them now ?

Games are

Max the cures of the brotherhood

Fifa 14

Sniper elite v3

Forza 5(I had Forza 5 for 5 days before it was taken off)

I do not see why I should have to purcase these aas they were given a Xbox Live Rewards ??

The Forza 5 game was just free for a week or so after the time was up everyone who hasnt bought it had to buy it thats if im understanding you correctly

Any games you own you are able to redownload through your account purchase history.Try redownloading the licenses for your games using the license transfer method.Then redownload your games and you should be ok.Look in the support section of the forums
if you dont know how to do a license transfer.

I think that Microsoft will never add Rewards for Russia. We have lost Xbox Game Pass, we have lost Xbox Live Gold... Microsoft has come out from Russia.

lol this crap is all over the place. Xbox live rewards is sometimes referred to as simply "live rewards". I just used live cause It's faster. Stuff is confusing smh. Like right now they just switched the name this section of the forums is filled under from
"xbox live rewards" to "Microsoft rewards". Even though the banner still says "Xbox live rewards". they jumped the gun.

Anyway, I was just warning folks about the 3 month expiration date for $$$ when people start using "Microsoft rewards". People(especially younger folks) will still think they have a year to use the $$$.
