    Xbox One Live Problems


    I don't know if this is an Xbox Live problem or my Xbox is screwing up, but ether way i'm pissed. I was playing a multiplayer game, but when I tried starting a party with a friend it gave me the ad to buy gold and it wouldn't let me start a party or play
    an online game...

    I got a new Gold Membership in December of 2016 and it was going fine until it wouldn't let me play or download the GwG, and it told me to buy a membership even so mine doesn't run out until March 26th - 28th, 2017.. I can send messages and the apps work
    fine from what I know, but parties, live, and the games/deals with gold DON'T work... please help anyone or Microsoft..

    I have only had a problem with xbox live once, and that was with the titanfall launch problems. Other then that live works perfect.

    Hey there OG GamerZ 4Life,

    Sounds like there could have been a lapse on the account's Gold status, or the Gold might be tied to a different Gamertag and the account with the Gold Subscription doesn't have the console set as "Home" to share the benefits to other Gamertags on the console.
    Take a look at commerce.microsoft.com and click on Subscriptions to check and see if there is an active subscription on your account. That'll help us narrow it down.

    No Games playable from another account even though its set as Home Xbox

    Well my problem is that this feature was working on my old xbox like yesterday and another one is that I cant get to live support with this Home Xbox problem because it says were not handling that problem via live support
