Xbox one live not connecting...

For the past couple of days or so, the console acts like It doesn't have internet connectivity. on the far right side it states "Having trouble connecting?: it might be a problem on our side. we're working on it" and on the far left it says "Your
pins aren't available: sorry about that. they should be back soon"

if I check the connectivity from the console it says it's fine, but it's been doing this for a few days now. Is there some sort of maintenance that I didn't get a message about or is it just me?

xbox 360 xbox live connection issues

My xbox 360 is not connecting to xbox live. It's connecting to internet but not to the xbox live. No error codes are being displayed

 

This started for me today. I just signed in to Xbox Live and I've been trying to launch Destiny. It tries loading for a while and then says "you must be signed in to Xbox Live" (which I already am). I tested my connection and everything is fine.

 

try

1. delete console Cache by powering down your xbox. press and hold the power button for 5~10seconds until it shuts down completly. now start again, it should take a few minutes until homescreen is shown

2. restore to factory Settings, can be done by Settings -> System. but be Aware this will delete all Content from your hdd.

savegames are stored to xbox cloud so no Problem there, and in order so save some time downloading/installing games you can move them to a usb 3.0 external hdd before resetting your xbox.
