Xbox One Live is up and running. Online games not working.

Ok so like it says, my xbl gold is signed in. Netflix, hulu, youtube, etc all work and stream just fine. Xbox store works as well. But when I go to play one of my games online it says "No internet access found." I heard that Titanfall and Forza are supported
by cloud, which I thought could have been my problem. That is until I downloaded BF4 off of the Xbox store (which obviously works if I can download a whole game). BF4 gave me the same problem. I have tried unplugging my router and plugging it back in after
30 seconds. I also tried a "hard reset" on the console itself. Still no change. Please help!

I can't play games online as example forza horizon 3 multiplayer is not working because of that.

 

I have a similar problem, the Xbox live is working but not even a single game is working for example when I play titan fall I press A and then I wait and wait and it is says to me ( fail to read profile ) I have done everything I can but it is not working
anymore the console itself is working, Xbox live is working but I don't know what is the problem

 

Getting the same problem as well but i can play titanfall but not fifa 14 ultimate team

 

Same problem here, played Titanfall and Ghosts just fine last night. Watched some Netflix and Amazon Instant this afternoon but when I tried playing games nothing seems to work. Tried Titanfall and I was stuck at the Signing In screen, tried booting up Ghosts
and was stuck at the loading screen (the one with the dude in a Ghost mask) tried loading up Battlefield 4 and that won't work either. I am still able to talk to friends via party chat and things are fine on their end. Tried rebooting my XB1 and also rebooted
my modem/router. According to my network settings on the XB1 console everything is fine… please help!

 

Another update: Just tried playing Ryse and I can't even get that game to boot up. So pretty much right now my XB1 is a $500 Netflix/Amazon Instant video player.

 

FINAL UPDATE for now hopefully!: I know the first posted stated he did a hard reset with no such luck, I tried hard resetting my XB1 (holding down the power for 10 seconds, you'll know if it was done correctly if you get a green screen once you boot back
up) and now things are working fine.

Other folks here, can you please try the power cycle as he describes it? Hold the console's power button for 5-10 seconds to shut it down (not the controller's button!) and let it stop completely. Power it up again and try another game.

If that doesn't work, please navigate to your Network Settings and test your Multiplayer connection. Post your findings here and we'll work with you to get back online.

 

Sorry it's been a few days. I have up the other night but I'm back at it. Just tried the hard reset again, my dashboard is all online and netflix works but when I get to the home screen of Titanfall there is still the orange message saying "Internet access
not found." Forza says it can't connect to game host and BF4 says "You have lost connection to the EA servers. Online features will be unavailable.

 

Try doing a full power cycle by doing a hard reset, but instead of booting right away, unplug the power cord from your Xbox and from the wall.

A few other things: Have you changed your gaming set up (such as the location of your Xbox)? Do you use a 3rd party wireless headset?

 

Experiencing the same exact issues. Watched some Netflix last night, then Hulu. Went to play Titanfall and was stuck on the title screen (image with your pilot standing outside of the Titan) and nothing. I would get sent back to the home page with nothing
loading up. Not even an error message. Turned the console on and off. Nothing. Now, the controller's won't even connect to the system or control it. I have to use voice only to navigate around the system UI. Each controller will light up, as if connected,
but once you try to use the controller to navigate around the system, nothing happens/works. Pretty much at a lost, right now. I'll try this hard reset to see if anything works. Just to note, all other services are working (apps, Netflix, store, etc.), but
any game will not load up. Also, I ran all Network Connection test for the console and multiplayer with everything saying, "It's good!". Clearly, that's not the case. Any other solutions?

 

Ok I finally figure it out on my xbox so I hope this Helps you guys too! I pressed my menu button on the controller, went to settings, network, advanced settings. Then went down to alternate MAC address. Then choose Clear. It will tell you it has to restart
the console. Hit ok. Works just fine for me now. Let me know if that helps!
