Xbox One Live Gold problem

I just bought my console since one month ago and entered the code of the 14 days trail of LIVE GOLD service and after 30 minutes the LIVE GOLD disappeared from subscriptions as i am not a member of it.

one week ago i used my Credit Card to have the 1 month free Live Gold service and it worked and they sent me a confirmation mail and i started to download sunset overdrive. in the same day while playing GTA V online it
disconnected giving error because my Xbox Live Gold membership has expired and it really disappeared from subscriptions at the console but at the website my membership is appearing as it will be renewed at 24/5/2016.

I REALLY NEED LIVE GOLD What should i do ?

Sleeping Dogs Definitive Edition doesn't load

Does anyone else have this issue with Sleeping Dogs Definitive Edition for Xbox One? Whenever I try to start the game I get the Sleeping Dogs logo but then it just goes back to the xbox one home page. I have tried uninstalling and re downloading but always the same, Ive always had this problem since I got the game when it was on games with gold. I contacted microsoft and they say that my license is correct and that as I have Xbox Live Gold I should have no problems playing it so they said the problem is with the developer. Anyone else had this issue with Sleeping Dogs, or any other game.

Bought 1 year gold live with Xbox One, titanfall edition. Titanfall activated without any problems, but can't activate Gold Live already for 5 days. Always - something went wrong

Paul from Xbox Forums Team here to assist with the situation, it looks like we just want the kids to be able to play together while one of the children is at their friends house. This is possible using one Xbox live gold subscription and two different accounts.
It's possible due to our amazing benefits of Gold Sharing. When one account has an Xbox live gold subscription you can share that subscription with one console. Here is a guide about
