    Xbox one live gold membership not working!


    So today I used a prepayed code to get my 12 month gold membership, everything was fine, I wrote it and it showed that I have now got a xbox live gold membership, but when I got to the home screen, it still was showing, that I dont have a gold membership.
    When I go to settings and my subscriptions, it shows that I have the gold membership. I thought it was just a glitch, but I cant play my cod bo3, because it says that I dont have a gold membership! What do I do, please help!!!

    Xbox one live gold membership not working!

    Sometimes it takes a few minutes for everything to sync up. Try logging out of your profile and logging back in. Let us know. Good Luck!

    I restarted the xbox! It is working now, however it still offers me to buy the gold instead of showing the games with gold. Thanks!

    I'm having the same problem. I spent an hour with an MS Customer Support chat person. They had me do all kinds of shutting down / restarting, logging in / out, clearing the "Xbox cache", etc. Then they grabbed a pending credit transaction to renew my
    subscription (scheduled for 3 days from now) and charged it immediately.

    And the end result? Still no access to Gold. I think the only viable option at this point is to just cancel it all.

    Sometimes when a subscription is purchased and redeemed it can take some time to sync with your account. You can always check what subscription is currently active on your account by visiting
    account.microsoft.com

    If you continue to have trouble accessing LIVE content then you will have to get back in touch with xbox customer support and explain to them what has happened.

    sharing Xbox live gold membership only works on the Xbox One. unfortunately on Xbox Live, everyone will need a gold membership to be able to talk to each other and play games together.
