Can't sign in to my account.

Think xbox live is down I'm getting same error. Service status timed at 22:18 says check back in 30 mins for update

Xbox Live Connection Error

Maybe a problem with your connection. what is your internet like? you using eathernet or wifi to connect the console?

Hey Player036117072,

Are you getting an error while you try to redeem / buy a Gold Membership? Or have you already purchased one and cant still play online?

If its the second please check here if the membership is showing up: account.microsoft.com/services

If thats the case to the following on your Console:

- Remove your profile as explained here: Add or Remove a Microsoft Account on Xbox One

- Press and hold the white Xbox Button on the Console itself until it shuts off. Unplug the Console and Power Supply for around 1 Minute from Power. Replug after that and restart.

- Readd your profile to the Console as explained here: Add or Remove a Microsoft Account on Xbox One

Make sure before you remove your Account you know your Email / Password combination.

I don't remember exactly the error code but it started with 801 and error occurred. I will try to contact Phone Support as soon as I can but I will try what Xbox Support said to me on Twitter as well.

I looked over the error codes and I limited to the ones I think it was.

I can't pinpoint the exact one since they are all similar.

(My payment option did work, it was paid through my Microsoft Account)
