Xbox one live continues to lose connectivity

I just started to play Madden 18 live and continue to lose connection from the EA servers. This is causing me to lose games have a horrible record. I can't get pass one or two quarters before the connectivity drops. Internet connectivity is strong and
NAT is set to OPEN... any ideas

Knect adapter warranty

Hi I recive one year ago the kinect adapter, now is borken I think, kinect lose connectivity from console in 10 minutes after we use it.

i would like to know if it have some Warranty.

It is most likely your distance from the router because signals drop and that probably causes it to lose connection

It sounds like it may be losing connection through your internet. I haven't seen any other reports of Xbox Live itself going down continuously. Maybe try to check your connection and reset your modem/router and see if that helps? Best of luck!

Thank you for reaching out to Xbox forums support. If you haven't already done so, go ahead and try performing a Soft console Factory
reset on your console by doing the following:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select System.
Select Console info & updates.
Select Reset console. [KEEP MY GAMES AND APPS]

Make sure you have both your email and password on hand as you will be asked to sign back in. There is an option to delete everything and to save your games and apps; choose the latter. This will
reset the Operating system [OS] of the console and allow you a fresh start-up.

Your post makes no sense. You say you lose connection to Xbox Live, but come across as your Xbox One stays connected. If you can connect to the internet then Live should work without issues unless their is a known Xbox Live issue.
