Xbox One Live Connection Issue

Recently i have had the issue where my Xbox One keeps disconnecting from Xbox live and i can't figure out the issue.

There is nothing wrong with the internet when it happens as i can still use other devices connected to it and i have a wired connection to the modem to prevent any wireless issues but hasn't helped and i know there is nothing wrong with the cable.

There is also another Xbox One in the house and it does not have the same issue as mine and it has a wireless connection.

Just wondering if any one else out there has had this issue or knows how to fix this, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Xbox Live Connection Error

I tried to log in to my Xbox Live profile, and it said I couldn't connect to Xbox Live. Under the message it said the numbers "80151909"

It's been like this for about a week. Anyone know how to resolve this issue?

P.S. I've tried connecting to one of my accounts that doesn't have Xbox Live Gold, and that didn't let me log in either.

dependin on the xb1 and what update you are on this can happen.. the newer update with the user interface similar to windows10 had a big update to part chatt.. it even expanded how many in the party.. pre the windows 10 update allot of users had issues with chatt with people in the preview program and people not.. not sure if the problems still exist..

I would check and see if the cord you are using that connects both the router/modem to the Xbox One is damaged, if you haven't already.

 

Also, there might be something wrong with the port that the cord plugs into on your Xbox One.

If none of these suggestions work, try contacting Xbox Support.
