Olá.

Eu preciso de uma ajuda desesperadamente.

Vou descrever o problema detalhadamente, já que eu tentei muitas coisas.

Esse é o cenário que o Xbox está ligado hoje:

Moro em um apartamento, deixo o Xbox One ligado em um Nobreak com tudo original: fonte, cabo HDMI, controle, etc.

Internet de 200Megas.

Agora ao problema:

Se eu deixo ele ligado no nobreak/tomada, de repente ele liga sozinho.

Eu estou jogando, e do nada ele desliga também.

Ou seja: ele liga e desliga sozinho!!!

Eu não sei o que fazer pelo seguinte. O Xbox One não está mais na garantia, então levei pra uma assistência para realizar a limpeza e a troca da pasta térmica. Até porque, eu achava que era super aquecimento.

Na assistência, ele não apresentou esse erro.

Levei para [Mod Removed - Profanity] nem desligou sozinho.

Levei pra casa de um parente meu. Joguei por 5 horas sem interrupções. Lá o ambiente também é muito quente, igual a minha casa. Então descartei a possibilidade de ser aquecimento.

Levei pra casa, pensando que a troca da pasta térmica [Mod Removed - Profanity] de novo.

Ele está sempre na horizontal. Nunca passou pela cabeça de deixar ele na vertical.

Ele normalmente ficar na estante de madeira que tenho em casa, mas como pensei que era aquecimento, deixo ele em um banco próximo a estante pra ele poder "respirar".

Estou começando a achar que pode ser a rede elétrica, mas achei que com um filtro de linha ou nobreak isso resolveria.

Talvez seja alguma problema de aterramento no local.

Sorry to hear it. I think the issue here may have been the nobreak. You should have tried plugging the console into a wall socket to see if it continued or tried a factory reset.

However, as you've tried a self repair I'm afraid no one else can help

Olá Fábio, pode estar ocorrendo sobrecarga elétrica no seu prédio. Já tentou utilizar em outras tomadas na sua casa? Já tentou também sem o nobreak (ele pode estar com problema de bateria).
