xBOX One License transfer

My friend and I are trying to LT each others accounts to share our Digital owned games, but when I'm in his account and try to seet xbox as my home console it won't let me. I have never done it before so how did I reach the limit of 3?

Sorry, this is not possible to do. The use of the license transfer system in this way is not prohibited. A license transfer cannot be used to transfer one piece of content from one console to another. It transfers all licenses from one Xbox 360 to another Xbox
360, not from one Xbox LIVE account to another Xbox LIVE account.

I have a spare beta key. message me on Xbox Live. I will NOT license transfer to you, but will give you the beta key. License transfering with a stranger is a big No No.

If you want to reset the max limit you'll need to contact the support via chat, phone.

support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

And if you have a younger sibling they may have gotten access to the console or the account then that could be the cause. If not then sadly i do not know.

License transfers will transfer licenses for all of your games. There is no way to transfer just one license. So if you use the transfer tool again, it will move your Rockband licenses as well.

Xbox 360 games won't work on the one that is true but a license transfer is still a license transfer and will more than likely cause licensing issues for the games on the sold 360 console.

License Transferring does what the name says, it transfers the licenses of games to a different console. Transferring 360 games will not work with Xbox One's BC, it will only work with the account that they was purchased with.

Hey there Unkown! That's because license transfers aren't used for sharing DLC/Games without paying for them. The purpose of a license transfer is to transfer ownership of content from one console to another console; not to transfer ownership from one account
to another.

For example, proper use of a license transfer would be: You have an original Xbox 360 console and you buy an Xbox 360 S console. You then use a license transfer to transfer ownership of all of your DLC from your original console to your new console.
