    Hi can I license transfer games from one xbox one to another Xbox one? Because we have two in the same house. Will it affect the primary console that I originally downloaded the game on. Will we be able to play the game on each individual console, while
    we are on our separate accounts. And can this get us in any trouble or banned from xbox

    I got my kids a 360 for their birthday. Over the years I've downloaded several games for them with my account. I hit license transfer and to put them on theirs not thinking it through. Will the others still be licensed to mineif I connect to live? When exactly does Xbox live change it when you select the transfer and the redownload just lets the 360 know, or does the redownload itself change it?

    Hey there!

    See link below for some additional digital licensing info. You can't play two games at once. You can have copies of the game installed on both consoles. Your "home" Xbox will allow you and anyone signed into the console the ability to play games you've purchased.
    With the Xbox that is not listed as your home Xbox, you will need to be signed in to the Xbox to play the games you've purchased. You cannot be signed into two consoles at the same time, so really you can't play two of the same game purchased with the same

    Yes in a way you can, Whichever console you set as your Home console, has the licenses for the games. You can still play on the other console so long as you log into xbox live with the account that bought the content.

    Sorry, this is not possible to do. The use of the license transfer system in this way is not prohibited. A license transfer cannot be used to transfer one piece of content from one console to another. It transfers all licenses from one Xbox 360 to another Xbox
    360, not from one Xbox LIVE account to another Xbox LIVE account.
