    Hello. I had an old gamer pic for my 360 (it was lame). I purchased an Xbox One for Christmas. After playing the the Xbox One online, I played my 360 for awhile and made a cool NEW gamer pic of my Avatar doing a wheelie in front of a castle. Well I started
    my Xbox One back up and my new gamer pic WAS there, but in the spot were it shows you and your friends gamer scores for the last 30 days it keeps showing my old lame gamer pic. Both gamer pics were made on the 360. Does anybody know why or how to fix this?

    Xbox One achievement Leaderboard

    The achievement leaderboard doesn't seem to be working properly for me. It does not include any of my Xbox 360 gamer score and sometimes doesn't even add my Xbox one scores properly. In the last 30 days I have scored somewhere around 2000 gamer score across
    xbox one and 360, but according to the leaderboard I have achieved just over 600 gamer score in the last 30 days. I have friends who still only play on their 360's and thier gamer score is accounted for on the Xbox one achievement leaderboard. I've been watching
    this for a few weeks now expecting it to auto correct at some point, but so far it has not. Just wanted to know if anyone else has this issue or knows anything about it. Thank you.

    I talked to a MS support agent and they told me to play my 360 online for an hour or so and give it time to update. I didn't think it would work but it did. I also went into the privacy settings on the 360 and saw my new gamer pic there as public and private
    already, but I clicked on them anyways. after playing for an hour I logged out and started up the Xbox One and the new gamer pic was there. Problem solved.

    Can't see anyone's custom gamerpic

    I’m having the same issue at the moment, I logged onto my Xbox the other day and my custom gamer pic has been removed and all my friends have default gamer pics, my friends can still see my custom gamer pic but I can’t see anyones

    Edit: I restarted my console and I can see my custom gamer pic but no one elses

    no one is helping nearly two months just junk replys of stufff from faq that helps in no way

    Also i just looked and my bullet storm pre order i got nothing it shows in mission page i missed pre ordering it when i have receipt i pre ordered it in April during this mission and my gamer pic is still old pirate hat gamer pic not my new one that on
    forums here. please help its going on way to long just under 60 days and no one can help that works for Microsoft
