Xbox One - Language & Location problem/fail!?

Hey I live in Denmark and just updated my Xbox One so that It would support Danish location, and all looks fine, but my problem is that I want to use Language as English and still be able to have Denmark set as my country.!

Because right now I can only choose "Dansk"(Danish) to get Denmark.. :/

Problem:

"Dansk" - Denmark

I want:

"English" - Denmark

Just like the Xbox360

Are there a way I can do that or not?

Xbox App Keyboard

I found the solution! I am now able to type on my Xbox using my actual keyboard in windows.

It seems to only work if your Xbox and Windows is using the EXACT same input language and location. (This is a bit of a problem for me in South Africa because the Xbox doesn't have South Africa input English languages, but I'll cross the bridge when I get
there)

Here is where to set the settings if anyone else needs it.

CHANGING MY "Keyboard language" IN MY XBOX ONE SETTINGS (SETTINGS > SYSTEM > LANGUAGE & LOCATION > INPUT > KEYBOARD LANGUAGE) TO THE EXACT SAME LANGUAGE AS THE KEYBOARD LANGUAGE ON MY PC(SETTINGS > TIME & LANGUAGE > REGION & LANGUAGE > [YOUR LANGUAGE] >
OPTIONS > KEYBOARDS)

Certainly, just follow these few easy steps.

1. From Xbox One "Pins" Menu Select "Settings"

2. From "Setting" Menu Select "About This Xbox"

3. From "About This Xbox" Menu Select "Language & Location"

4. From "Language & Location" Drop-Down Menu You Can Change Your Language To Any Of The Following:

English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, or Portuguese.

5. Do not change your location if you are in the United States. =)

 

Yes! I have this same problem but I am from The Netherlands. I want the location to be The Netherlands so I can spend money on games (look I've been wanting to spend in this store for 9 months already but Microsoft won't let me)

And I want the language to be English because that is the language I prefer AND it enables me to use voice commands. Please fix this!

I already contacted Xbox One support on the phone and the guy barely spoke any English and I had to tell him what the options were. He did not have any idea what he was talking about before he asked his manager.

Unfortunately this is not possible yet.

But as you are not the only one asking for that, there already is the suggestion and a voting on that on Microsoft's feedback page for the Xbox one.
