    it is the xbox one network card, I can play online without lag on wireless but I can lag out of parties and xbox live a lot sometimes and sometimes ok but I know the cause... its the network card if you play xbox one wireless it uses its own net card and
    I lag out if my xbox one connects through the laptops connection which is the laptops net card instead, its fine so therefore it must be something to do with the net card being hardware or software faulty please fix the card Microsoft. also if the net card
    is the problem and it gets fixed because of me, I want a reward for xbox one such as a free game as it would be appreciated as I would of fixed a massive issue for you.

    Has anyone got stuck on updating new content on NBA 2k14?

    When I want to play the game it tells me to start. After about half an hour it saves the settings and then gives a message "loading custom shoe data, please do not turn off XBox 360 console". This message stays on the screen and although I have tried to turn it off it doesn't seem to work. I also unplugged the system but the issue just repeats itself.

    Any one knows a solution to this problem?

    New One Netflix Update

    I was having this problem, too, but I think it was coming from the fact that I was just cutting the One off without exiting Netflix first. Do you do that? If so, exit Netflix first and then cut your One off. The next time you try to load it, it shouldn't freeze up.

    Again please read all the posts. I stated that if you are having a loading problem turn the console off and then turn it back on app will load again.

    Recently replaced xbox 360 with slim but connection issues still occur, but they are very slight, but noticeable, like some major lag spikes. also recently read that xbox one issues have been resolved and that us 360 users have been left with many problems.
    are Microsoft going to do anything about it? no, because if they fixed the problems on 360, they wouldn't be able to push sales out for the xbox one. Please Microsoft, fix your xbox 360 live before we all give up on you entirely and go to playstation, because
    I am not forking over £400 for an xbox one with barely any games when soon your going to do the whole thing again.

    Bit of a long shot this but is it possible you're connecting to European or East Coast players and it's the distance that's causing the lag issue.
