    Xbox One Lag/connection question

    So I have both the Xbox 360 and Xbox One. I run on Wireless Wifi (No way I can connect my Xbox one to the modem directly do to the modem being in the dining room which is under my room.) Trying to make this short. I play Xbox 360 lag free with 90ms ping,
    11.5 up mbps and 5.3 down mbps. (At least that what my I am suppose to have) but when I play on my Xbox One, (Primarily battlefield since that is the only game I have right now) I am lagging constantly to the point where it's unplayable, even on Eastern U.S.
    servers where I reside. Why is this happening? How am I able to fix this? I've checked the Xbox One minimum connectivity requirements which my internet supposedly passes. I've reset my router multiple times, my NAT Type is Open. Why am I able to play my Xbox
    360 without lag, but my Xbox One is currently unplayable? Any Idea how to fix this?

    :)

    Dedicated servers? Then why the lag and connection advantages?

    Solution #1 for anyones lag....

    Just buy an ethernet cable and wire it. They're cheap as hell on amazon, every little "i can't connect is is my problem" type of question is solved.

    Nothing is better than a wired connection.

    You could at least take it up there to test I'm thinking ...might be a Battlefield issue , not an X1 issue...

    @YashaTheFox hey hey

    Can You do a network test from console settings and from Battlefield settings? We need to get more information, like latency, packet loss, jitter and so on.

    Playing like a noob

    I think there is one simple explanation to your question. Lag Compensation. You can have a really good connection, but if someone is playing of a McDonalds WiFi connection the game evens the playing field by purposely making you lag so it's fair to the
    other players. I wish they would take it right out. Not anyone's fault if their opponents have a nasty online connection.
